A Book I’ve Been Reading

skysthelimitI’ve been reading a book by Wayne W Dyer today called The Sky’s The Limit.

The thoughts it awaked in me were: What if the kids ARE smarter than grown-ups? What if when growing up we forget our natural behaviour when constantly striving towards greater goals and future plans. We forget that the most natural place to be is in the present. At this very moment. Like kids. And enjoy life!

Without saying “tomorrow” or “next week” or “next month” or “when I graduate” or “when we buy a new house” or “in the summer vacation” we’d just have the today!

I’m a firm believer of Less Talk And More Action! So leave me a comment and let me know when was the last time you read a book? What was it about? Did it have an impact on you?

Kids born in the last couple of decades had the benefit of extra folic acid in mom’s diet (for the most part). Therefore, I believe their brains are more developed at a much younger age than their older parents & grandparents. At least that’s one of my theories–the other one is much simpler–they’re smarter than grown ups because they don’t let their inhibitions hold them back.
